Every Licensed Installer in Canada needs to complete a Daily Work Record and Job Site Label in accordance with the quality assurance program and the CAN/ULC-S705.2 medium density installation standard and/or the CAN/ULC-S712.2 light density installation standard.

What information needs to be on the daily work record?

This daily work record shall contain information on the job site, date, material used, name of the installer, certification number, application conditions, environmental conditions, results of the testing completed on site and whether the material used has been evaluated by a third party (i.e. CCMC).

When do I need to complete a Daily Work Record?

The daily work record shall be completed at the beginning of each day, each time a material batch is changed and when the job site is changed within a given day.

What is the Job Site Label?

The Job Site Label indicates that the installed spray applied polyurethane foam insulation meets the CAN/ULC-S705.1 medium density product standard and/or the CAN/ULC-S712.1 light density product standard. A Job Site Label must be attached by the Licensed Installer in a prominent location at the job site when the installation has been completed. Locations such as the electrical panel are acceptable.
